Simon Chesney explaining osteopathy

Simon Chesney has worked for many years as an expert witness initially specialising in personal injury cases such as road traffic accidents and more recently in negligence and malpractice cases and employment tribunals. He often acts as a witness of fact for his own patients, sending reports to the insurer’s single joint expert for review in assessing damages.

Simon Chesney gained a Masters Degree (LL.M.) in Medical Law from Cardiff University in 2008 to enhance his understanding of this increasingly specialist field.
